canon: Lucifer's Tears
summary: Here
quick rundown: Paris, 1910's. Former prima ballerina, Lilith Doret, fell from her prestigious position when she, in an argument with her mother, was struck across the eyes by the other woman's fan and ended up losing her eyesight. Fleeing from the hospital, where she was admitted for months, to save her twin brother and her mother the pain of what she felt was a useless existence, she ran from Paris and became a sex worker in another city to feed herself. Now that she has become increasingly more ill, she has returned to Paris in the vain hope of being reunited and reconciled with her family before she dies.
canon point: Defaulting either to pre-musical, right after Lilith has returned to Paris but before she is moved into the church or a post-canon AU where she survives her illness and is returned to life by Lucifer with her vision restored. Can, however, play from any point during canon as well.

medical info: Has experienced eye trauma that has blinded her. Is also sick from a pneumonia that will eventually kill her.
offensive subjects/triggers: Blindness and terminal illness, if any of these are an issue, let me know and I'll avoid tagging you. Also, mention of sex work. Also also, a lot of religious topics like sin, salvation, the devil, the likes. Also also also, very dysfunctional family bonds with a mother who couldn't love her children and an instance of physical child abuse. Additionally, some of her tags may come with suicide adulation. If any of these make you uncomfortable, shoot me a PM with the journal name and the particular subjects you'd like me to avoid when tagging your character.
